To see how inspiring you are, you can self-evaluate (or ask members of your team to evaluate you) using the 12 question form in the back of  “The Language of Leaders” and in the back of “Communicate to Inspire”.

To see how charismatic you are you can self evaluate, or ask your team to rate you, using the 25 question form in the back of “Charismatic Leadership”.
